Holt McDougal Online service has returned to normal, and users should no longer experience any slow performance. As a precaution we will continue monitoring performance today.

Identified

Our teams have identified the issue and performance has somewhat recovered. All users are currently able to log in to Holt McDougal Online and access assignments and manage classes. However, users may still experience performance that is slower than expected. Our teams are working to address this as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Investigating

We are investigating a disruption to the Holt McDougal Online. Administrators, Teachers and Students are unable to log in to the platform. Some users who were already logged in to the platform or use Single Sign On users (SSO) can log in and access the Dashboard, however they are unable to access assignments or manage classes (manual rostering).
