Monitoring -
At approximately 3 PM ET all impacted assessments began processing without delay and have continued to process within the expected timeframe of around 5 minutes. As a precaution, our teams have monitored performance and will continue to do so until Monday.
Our teams have prepared a solution to address the underlying issue and plan to deploy this after US school hours. We are confident this change will prevent this delay from happening in the future. Thank you for your patience as we work to fully resolve this issue.

Identified -
Our teams have identified the cause for this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
Core program assessments such as for Into Reading, Into Literature, and Into Math are experiencing a delay in showing as completed or “Done” in the Ed Assignments tab. After a student submits a completed assessment, there is a short delay before it surfaces as Done. In some cases, the assessment returns to the state of “To Do”.
No action is needed from either teacher or student as these assessments will change to Done after the delay and no data will be lost.
Our team estimates this delay will continue until the end of today, however the time of the delay will incrementally reduce as time passes.

Investigating -
Please be advised that we are investigating a possible a service interruption impacting assigned assessments on Ed. No data has been lost, but some users may experience delays in seeing some submitted assessments as "Done". Additional details will be provided here as soon as possible.
