Intermittent Service Degradation due to AWS Outage

Update - AWS service interruption has been resolved as of 10.20. HMH will continue to monitor for any residual impact as a result of this interruption.

Update - Impacts to some products and services will continue while AWS takes action to resolve the disruption on the impacted zone. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide another update as soon as possible.

Monitoring - We are aware of an ongoing disruption to AWS services which could still be impacting some HMH products, such as some content or videos not loading as expected. AWS has indicated they are making progress on resolving the issue and we continue to monitor this event closely.

Delay in Manual Assessment Scoring on Ed

Resolved - The incident is resolved. All impacted assessments are now available on Ed. Thank you again for your patience.

Update - HMH Engineering teams continue to restore delayed assessments and as this work continues, impacted assessments will be available for scoring on Ed. If an assessment is not yet visible on Ed, please check again later. And as a reminder, there is no loss of assessment data. We will provide a daily update on this page until the issue is resolved.

Identified - We have identified an issue impacting manual scoring. Some completed assessments are delayed, and teachers are unable to manually score items. We are working to address this issue as quickly as possible.

Investigating - Please be advised that some teachers in Ed may experience a delay in the ability to manually score an assessment item. No data has been lost, only the ability to manually score by the teacher has been delayed.
